All merchandise will be available for collection on the final day of the Worlds — 17 March 2026. Simply bring your order number and we’ll have your gear ready for pick up.

Return a product
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Refunds, exchanges, or changes to your order are only available until the order cut-off date. We have more information on this in our Returns Policy
Can you ship my order to me?
Because everything is made to order, we’re not offering shipping for this event. Instead, your gear will be ready and waiting for you to pick up at the event – just bring your order number along and we’ll have it ready for you.
Where do I pick up my gear?
The pick-up location and opening hours will be confirmed closer to the event.
